Looks like Klinger based on the black hair and what appears to be an earring. With that and the technology comment by RJ, I agree it looks like “The Winchester Tapes” from season 6. Specifically when Klinger comes to tell Hawkeye his jeep is ready, and finds him fast asleep in the swamp.
I didn’t even think of that! I wasn’t even sure who that was entering the Swamp, I thought it might have been Radar coming in to inform Hawkeye and/or Trapper/B.J. about something.
heh, I thought it was Radar at first as well. The shoulder and color of the clothes being worn looks like that light colored grey-ish bathrobe that Radar wore sometimes, such as in Goodbye Radar.
Looking closer though, no mistaking that black scruffy hair over the ear.
