Absolutely no clue, but I venture to say that looks like Trap comin’ through the door.

All wrong so far. This is a toughie. Two hints, only one of which might be useful:
This episode features perhaps the only footage of a U.S. navy vessel on M*A*S*H (I might be wrong about that, though) and ends with a scene that resulted in one of my very favorite bloopers.
What blooper is that?
The scene at the very end with the horse. Alan Alda says his line “Come on, we gotta practice for our pony.” Wayne Rogers tries to jump up on the horse behind Alda but doesn’t quite make it and slides off, prompting Alda to say “I think we better practice again.”
