My latest “Through the Years” gallery features Radar as portrayed by Gary Burghoff. Burghoff was the only member of the main cast who also appeared in MASH the feature film. He was 26 when MASH opened in theaters in March 1970, 29 when M*A*S*H premiered on television in September 1972, 36 when he made his final appearance in “Good-Bye Radar, Part 2” in October 1979, 40 when he guest starred on AfterMASH in January 1984, and 41 when his unsold sitcom pilot “W*A*L*T*E*R” aired in July 1984.
