The 21st episode of M*A*S*H aired 50 years ago today. “Sticky Wicket” aired for the first time on Sunday, March 4th, 1973 on CBS.

After criticizing Frank’s competence as a surgeon, Hawkeye finds himself question his own ability when a patient starts to spiral in post op.

“Sticky Wicket” features footage seemingly shot at the same time as the famous “running nurses” sequence from the opening credits.
