18ish Years Ago This Month…

Has it really been 18 years since my first website dedicated to M*A*S*H went live on the Internet? It’s impossible to say, to be totally honest. I’ve been using April 1999 as my anniversary for a long time simply because the earliest files I can find on my computer are from April 1999. There is some evidence to suggest I may have launched the site very late in 1998.

(For a brief history of the site and to see what it looked like in the past, check out my About page.)

Last year, when I wrote about the 17th anniversary of my website, I listed several projects I have planned. Sadly, I haven’t made much progress on any of them. This is a hobby, not a job, and unfortunately I’m just not able to devote as much time as I’d like to MASH4077TV.com these days. I’ve mentioned before how there are occasionally weeks when it’s a struggle just to fit in an Episode Spotlight post.

I’m especially frustrated that I haven’t been able to explore more about the music of M*A*S*H, which is a topic I’m very interested in.

You don’t have to worry, though. I have no plans to walk away from this website or M*A*S*H.
