I got thrown off for a minute, because of the discoloration, I thought I was seeing a trench coat instead of a lab coat, and thought there was some kind of spy in the Swamp! For that, I’d say “A Smattering of Intelligence,” but that probably isn’t it.
I’m not even sure what’s going on here – it looks like someone snooping around the Swamp, but I can’t think of what that might be from.
