Oh wow, nice job RJ, this one’s a toughie… I really have no real clue… I’ll through out a guess and say, “Change of Command” (4×03), just before Margaret takes Hawkeye and B.J. aside to tell them Frank ran away, and Hawkeye broadcasts it throughout the entire camp.
