Yes, when Klinger is allergic to his Army clothes.
I never could determine whether Klinger’s “allergic reaction” to his uniform was real or not… I mean, he’s worn fatigues before this episode on a few occasions, and it never bothered him then, but then again, apparently you can develop allergies… Ricky Bretherton (Billy the Exterminator’s kid brother) apparently was stung by so many bees and wasps over the years that he actually developed an allergy to bees and wasps because of it.
I think it was an aversion to having to wear it….. as opposed to choosing when he would. I’ll go with that, anyway.
