Wow, a whole day early, and not one person has taken notice yet (except me)! XD
Anyshoe, I have no freakin’ clue… but, based on Margaret’s appearance, I’d peg it anywhere during Seasons Nine through Eleven (except when she had short hair, then curly hair, then whatever hair).
I’m fairly certain that the answer is “Give ‘Em Hell, Hawkeye” from Season 10. I think it’s from the scene where Margaret is instructing members of the camp on what to do to beautify the 4077th so they can get a much needed water heater from Col. Ditka.

Snap judgement
I thought it was Fathers Day at 1st then remembered that Margaret was wearing fatigues with her nurses cap on in that episode. This is where she is chewing out Klinger for holding up the peace sign while taking a picture with Hawk’s and BJ’s poloroid camera.
