I think it’s when Hawkeye and B.J. are watching the new latrine being dug, so I’d say ‘Bug Out’ but I don’t know which part 🙂

At this time I’d have to agree with gbmaven and say it’s “Bug Out”.
Of Moose and Men, when Frank is on the hunt for his coleslaw bomb!
Mrs. Frank Burns is right……Of Moose and Men when Frank was lecturing Hawkeye about the yellow scourge and their devious ways.
Of all the guesses, even my silly one at the end “Of Moose and Men” is the only one not used before.
Mrs B., that was my second choice. But I’ll stick with Bug out, just for fun.
If it is Bug Out, it is the first half – because the men almost refused to dig the latrine because of the rumor of a bug out.
of course, Bug Out WAS a one hour episode, so there really isn’t a part 1 and part 2 – except in syndication.
