Im fairly sure Mrs. Frank Burns is right. This is the part where the wounded mans outfit ran into a minefield. Later on, when Col. Potter was operating, he found that the wounded man’s leg was broken by flying bits of bone from the man in front of him.

My second guess would be “The Life You Save”, at the beginning of the episode.
I dont think so. Look at Col. Potters uniform, his shirt in particular. He almost never went to OR in dress uniform, except on Halloween, when he dressed as a cowboy. This pic hides the pants he’s wearing, but im about 98% sure it’s “Trick or Treatment”
