According to an e-mail from a fan who received his Season Six DVD set early, the Season Seven DVD set will be released sometime in December 2004. This bit of news is from the promotional insert that comes with each DVD set. The exact date is unknown at this time and there is reason to believe that it may change in the next few months. This is for the Region 1. Other regions are still on earlier sets.
