I’m going to say the Pilot.
It’s in the back of my mind, I can see the scene in my head, but I just can’t recall the episode… I do believe this is early Season Three… I keep envisioning the following scene having Hawkeye and Trapper being annoyed by some big visiting brass, so it could be either “The General Flipped at Dawn” (3×01) or “Iron Guts Kelly” (3×04).

I’m not sure, but I would bet that’s BJ riding the ambulance. Maybe “Deluge” or “Fade Out, Fade In”
