I know this one for sure, but since I won the last round, I’ll let others take their guesses.
I will say this though, the interesting thing about this episode is that two other characters aside from Radar wear those wool Jeep Caps, Kellye being one of them obviously.
I just saw another unidentified nurse wearing one of these caps. It’s in “Out of Sight, Out of Mind” right after Hawkeye emerges from the nurses tent having just had his eyes damaged.

It’s “Twas the Day After Christmas” (10×10): Kellye’s head nurse for the day, and she and B.J. both wore “Radar caps” in this ep.
Oh, it makes sense now. They were taking part in that British holiday of switching out. Dang.
Yeah, but actually, Boxing Day is a Canadian holiday… well, it’s not a holiday so much as it is an excuse to try to turn the chore of taking down Christmas decorations and putting them back in their boxes into a special day (and to have big retail sales and such).
