Well, it looks like now that the day is done, others are coming in with guesses, so again, I’ll let someone else take it since I won the last one.
That was the ever famous “Dear Uncle Abdhul” where Klinger is writing to his uncle about what goes on at M*A*S*H. This particular scene is where Margaret takes Charles shotgun and shoots her footlocker, then throws it at Klinger and says now get me a new one, or I willuse the same technique to replae a defective company clerk

I think its “lieutenant radar oreilly” when radar catches the night guardsman and trys to keep him from getting in trouble but margaret catches him anyways.
