I’m thinkin’ “Inga” (7×17), where Hawkeye lures Inga in the Swamp, and B.J. teasingly tries to stick around, as he sews up his undies.
INGA: I do sewing too, it keeps my fingers nimble for surgery.
B.J.: Funny, I do surgery to keep my fingers nimble for sewing.
You may be right. I didn’t even think about that particular scene or episode……BJ doesn’t look as gray as he was at the end of season 10….
Well, it’s really the only time I can recall B.J. sewing, so… yeah, heh.
I think I remember him sewing a sock on another occasion saying, “This is the last dang sock I dang until the war’s over”, but other than that.
