Oh man… I THINK I know, but I’m not sure… this is tough, because it rarely rained on the show…
Um, the only thing coming to my mind at this moment is “Alcoholics Unanimous” (3×09), which I don’t believe is it, but that’s my guess.
Im thinking it’s ‘Springtime’ (3×06)….Trapper complaining about the rain after the beautiful weather they had the previous day and just before Radar comes in asking for advice about his ‘friend’ who is not a she or a he.

It’s a good one, but… lol, it’s interesting that it was written by Mary Kay Place… and Lulu Simmons (the girl Radar ends up having a crush on) is played by… Mary Kay Place… I wonder what THAT was about, lol. XD
