Quite a stumper, huh. I’ll go with ‘Bless You, Hawkeye’ when the ambulance appears.

Wow, I don’t even know what I’m looking at.
I can’t even fathom a guess of what episode it could be other than to guess the Pilot, and “Hawkeye”, and that is solely based on the fact that the image is so hard to guess that I have to assume it would be from an episode that we either should know very well like the PIlot, or an episode that would be very hard to grab an obscure image from, like Hawkeye.
I have no flippin’ clue. Like 007, I can’t even tell what this is . . . is it a truck? An ambulance? If it’s a truck, I’m just going to completely take a shot in the dark and guess perhaps “Bug Out, Part 2,” maybe this is a supply truck zipping out of the compound.
