Seems to be pretty chilly there. Might be ‘Crisis’ ?
This almost looks like it’s one of the many shots that they would recycle later as stock footage, and such an example of which makes me think of “The Winchester Tapes,” where Charles opens his tape to his parents by describing the 4077th as being unbelievably cold, or unbearably hot.
‘Operation Noselift??’
I remember Baby, It’s Cold Outside has a number of shots outside and cold like that, so that’s my guess.
