Hmm lots of episodes come to mind, but they’re all in the first 3 or 4 seasons. Based on the paintings on the wall, this is clearly Potter era, and clearly end of season 5-season 7. It’s not season 8 as this is definitely not Goodbye Radar, and that’s the only appearance of Radar in the camp during season 8.
The only mention I can think of in that time frame is Charles’ monogrammed toilet paper in Potter’s Retirement. I had to google “Charles monogrammed toilet paper mash” to find the episode though, so if that’s the right answer, and considered cheating, feel free to not credit me 🙂
