Took me a second to realize it when looking at the person in the background, but that leg has got to be Potter, and he appears to be wearing a blue baseball cap and sitting next to someone in OR.
Chauncey may be right that this is Friends and Enemies, but it could also be The Moon is Not Blue or Ping Pong.
