Oof. I real toughie. The only thing I know for certain is that’s Kellye with her back to us, but I honestly can’t make out who the other characters are in front of her.

Still have absolutely no idea though. Post Op I guess but everyone’s in their green uniforms instead of white scrubs?
I guess Hawkeye is giving Radar a shot, but I don’t believe it’s hapatitus because he gave him the shot in his office in that episode.
