I think it might be “Post-Op,” because it’s the only episode I remember where we kept looking at a call on the wall throughout the episode to indicate how long everybody had been in O.R. (unlike “Life Time,” where the clock was on-screen the entire episode).

Based on how potter looks I’m going to guess Pressure Points, but really have no idea.
All wrong.
Potentially unhelpful hint: freckles are mentioned in this episode.
Only thing coming to my mind is Hawkeye or B.J. mentioning their dermatologist back home held a contest to guess how many freckles he had, but that episode is escaping me.
