Why do I feel like this is Season Five?
I do too. I reckon it’s “End Run”, though I’m probably wrong.
I’m going to guess “The General’s Practitioner”. I do feel like it could definitely be from season 5, and End Run could definitely be the right answer.

I’m going to throw in another guess and say ‘Hepatitis’. It looks like it could be that part where Col. Potter asks B.J. if he or the North Koreans did a splenectomy on the patient.
Perhaps “The Price of Tomato Juice” with Potter doing a slow burn about Brad Barker’s request for Hot Lips to join him
