OK, lots of detail – I’ll use my “go to” answer – The Pilot.
My guess is also Season One – “Requiem for a Lightweigh”.
The combination of the bad picture quality and the poor lighting/contrast leads me to believe this is Season Five.
My two guesses are either “Margaret’s Engagement” (5×03) where Commando Frank brings in that Korean family, or “The General’s Practitioner” (5×21) where the General’s Colonel arrives to found a personal physician for the General.
