Name That Episode
Maybe it’s “Lt. Radar O’Reilly” when Margaret is unpacking the gift for Donald? It doesn’t look exactly like this, but I don’t have any other ideas.
I think this is either Mulcahy unwrapping his package of what are supposed to be Communion wafers, but are instead Ritz crackers, or Frank finishing wrapping up his package of the stolen antique vase he’s sending to Louise from “Souvenirs” (5×23).
I’m pretty sure your first guess with Mulcahy is correct.

I like where Radar accidentally drops Margaret’s bra on Mulcahy’s desk:

When they upload like that I only get to look at them the next day. I leave from my first job at 4:00 – 4:30 and have to be at my second job at 5:00 – so if it doesn’t load before 4 or 4:30, I just see them the next day.
