I’m guessing Dreams – when Potter can’t get the ambulances.
This looks like “Period of Adjustment” (8×06), where Potter’s having an argument over the phone with I-Corps about Klinger’s poor performance as company clerk.
I would say “Dear Comrade” where Potter’s talking to the dermatologist about the skin rash folks are coming in with.
I do not have access to my list at the moment (due to power loss) so everyone can keep guessing until either I get power back or someone definitively matches the image to an episode. Good luck!
After studying the pic a little longer, I realize I was incorrect in my guessing: my assumption was that it was from anywhere during Seasons Eight through Eleven, based on how dark Potter’s uniform looked (because at the beginning of Season Eight, all of the cast, except for Radar, got new uniforms that were rather dark green, with blue-green t-shirts), but then I looked closely, and I see it’s not that the color of his uniform is dark, the lighting in this scene is dark, which leads me to believe it’s either Season Four or Season Five, since Potter’s office was really dark those two seasons for some reason.
Um… I can’t remember the episode, but is this where Potter is arguing with another Colonel on the phone, and then tells (who steps in a minute later) about how much he hates Colonels because they’re one promotion away from General, so they get really cocky about it and such?
