This appears to be either Margaret, or a random nurse, considering the buttons are on the other side.
I THINK I know what the episode is, but I’m having trouble identifying the title… but isn’t this where Margaret is waiting for Frank in the Supply Hut, but instead, Hawkeye sneaks in on her? “Germ Warfare” (1×11) I believe?
Yes, I was thinking Margaret – my first thought was when she and Hawkeye are doing inventory in a flashback in “where there’s a will there’s a war” – my second thought was when Margaret comes into the nurses tent in “The Nurses” to give them their assignments – when she gives her “lousy cup of coffee” speech.
But in the nurses, she has a pen in her hand for part of the scene.
It’s a nurse checking or doing an inventory on supplies, that’s for sure…

I’m thinking this could be ‘I Hate A Mystery’…..the scene where the nurse (I think Barbara Bannerman) is taking inventory and Trapper comes up from behind and puts his arms around her.

The only episode where Alan Alda smokes. He said it burned his throat to smoke and vowed not to anymore. Good thing!
