At first I wanted to say “Dear Dad” (1×12), but none of them are dressed for cold weather, nor are there Christmas decorations, so I’m not entirely sure.

I believe it is Alcoholics Unanimous…Right before Father Mulcahy delivers his sermon on drinking. I love the ones where Frank is “in charge”.
