I’m thinking Welcome to Korea or Change of Command…..perhaps that’s Frank and he’s about to go off on Igor for getting his tray messed up when the food goes into all of the other compartments.
I’m gonna go with chuckles, pretty sure this is “Change of Command”.

Gosh, I hated Frank and Margaret in this scene… I mean seriously, what more did he want in addition to, “Yes sir”?! And Margaret standing there the whole time with that smug smile on her face like, yeah, you tell ‘im Frank!

But in this one Frank calls Igor Sargent. Igor has never been a Sargent. lol.
