I’m unsure… I’m guessing maybe Season Eight or so, Potter looks to be wearing a new uniform.
BTW, did anyone besides me notice that the entire cast (save for Radar obviously) got new uniforms in Season Eight, and they all looked unrealistic? The bright green fatigues and the teal-colored t-shirts? *Shrug*

To me this looks like a Season 9 or later episode. A guess, but I’ll go with Promotion Commotion.
And Big Daddy, I thought it was just my imagination, but I too realized that their fatigues changed color hues.
