According to a post at the TV Land Boardroom, M*A*S*H will be aired on TV Land starting January 1st, 2007 with a week-long “celebration.” TV Land has apparently purchased the rights to both the 20th and 30th anniversary shows (Memories of M*A*S*H and the 30th Anniversary Reunion Special) plus new “online and onair blocks about the actors and what they did before they became part of the 4007th [sic].”
No word on whether or not this means Hallmark Channel will stop airing M*A*S*H or if both cable channels will air the series. And until official confirmation is made, this should be taken as a rumor.
