According to an article posted at TVShowsOnDVD.com that references a Hollywood Reporter, a box set containing all eleven seasons of M*A*S*H will be hitting the shelves sometime this year for fans in Region 1. Season Ten currently has a tentative release date of June 2006. Still no word on any bonus material, however.
Additionally, Play.com is reporting that Region 2 fans will be getting Season Ten on April 17th, 2006. This means that for the first time Region 2 fans will be getting a season before Region 1 fans, unless the Region 1 release is pushed up.
