Then this must be from either Seasons Five or Six, since I believe Five was when they brought in many of the new recurring nurses that stuck around till the end, such as Able (Judy Farrell), Baker (Jan Jorden, pictured above), Bigelow (Enid Kent), et al.

I’ll stick to my answer. This is definitely 100% from ‘Period of Adjustment.’ Just saw the episode, so this sequence is fresh in my mind.
I don’t think Jan Jorden was around during Season 4. Her first appearance was in ‘Commander Pierce’ in Season 7.
“The Gun”
Yikes. This is embarrassing. Here I was thinking I had stumped everyone but instead I had just made a mistake.
“Period of Adjustment” is correct. I was looking at the wrong entry on my answers list and thought this was Round #18 not Round #17. Sorry for the confusion and congratulations to Seoul City Sue.
(Also, I have swapped out the image I had for Round #18 so it will definitely not be from Season Four.)
