  2. Oh come on, this one was easy. ‘Springtime’ it is indeed. Alex Karras was simply awesome in this episode.

  4. Haven’t watched that episode in a while but I think I remember the dialog between Karras’ character and Igor.

    Scene: Mess tent
    (Karras is fetcing Hawkeye’s lunch)
    Karras: “I want one with everything”
    Igor: (without looking up)”I’m busy fella”
    Karras: (making eye contact) “No, I said one with everything NOW”
    Igor: (nervously)”Everything… is …just what you’re going to get”

    1. One slight correct: he asked for two with everything, because he was also fetching lunch for Trapper as well, since Trap was with Hawk for the scene.

      I also like this exchange that follows:

      TRAPPER: How do you feel about long engagements?
      HAWKEYE: Dear Dad, I’m bringing home a Marine; he’ll be the son you never had.
