I was thinking this one was it too, but like you state….I don’ t remember it being that cold but they were wearing slight heavy clothing during the end of the episode……I think..

Wow, I am so surprised that Klinger wore that outfit twice!!! Congrats, Chai!
I’ve noticed Klinger’s worn a few outfits more than once on occasion… like I’ve noticed one outfit he appears to be fond of is like a reddish orange sweater outfit with a plaid skirt (though he appears to wear different hats with it).
