I was thinking “Dear Peggy” as well, but it looks more like a heatwave episode the way B.J. is sweating and how warm it looks in O.R…. so my guesses would be either “The Nurses” (5×06), “The Merchant of Korea” (6×15) or “None Like it Hot” (7×20).
You can almost see the steam coming out of Beej’s ears….he got worked up over the slightest things…LOL.
