I believe Henry was still in his surgical gown when they called about McArthur coming to the 4077. The look on Radar’s face reminds me of this episode, but I could be wrong….

I know it has been done, but I’m going with Showtime. When Henry is calling about his wife (who at the time is Mildred I think) having a baby. (She becomes Louise later on.)
