I want to say “Dear Comrade” (7×12) where Father Mulcahy was trying to feed the North Korean patient in Post-Op, but he obviously doesn’t have a bowl and spoon in his hands in this pic, so I guess that can’t be it.
I’m thinking this is from the earlier seasons. Maybe it’s the scene where Hawkeye says Trapper and Margaret are going to end up ‘rolling Easter eggs’, but I can’t remember the episode’s name.
I remember now! “Showtime”.
