Last November, Alan Alda revealed plans to reunite the surviving M*A*S*H cast members on his “Clear+Vivid with Alan Alda” podcast. Alda recorded the podcast yesterday, joined by Loretta Swit, Gary Burghoff, Jamie Farr, and Mike Farrell. It will be released on February 5th, according to a tweet from Alda Communication Training.
Alda took to Twitter to celebrate the reunion:
After our Clear + Vivid talk: It was wonderful to be together again with @Loretta_Swit Jamie Farr Mike Farrell, Gary Burghoff. Laughing again as though we'd never stopped. Online soon.

So did Loretta Swit:
Today was so unbelievable! Such unconditional love & so many laughs & memories with my forever #Mashfamily! It’s as if no time has passed when we’re together. Much #mashlove for @alanalda #jamiefarr #mikefarrell #garyburghoff @alda @AldaCenter #mash4077th #alanalda #clearandvivid https://t.co/SIiXQ3ZXLF

“Clear+Vivid with Alan Alda” debuted in August 2018 and is currently in its second season. You can listen to it through Art19, Apple Podcasts, Stitcher, and Google Play.

Awesome, can’t wait. Almost brought a tear to my eye reading their tweets. Absolutely loved seeing the cast all back together (the surviving ones anyways) for the 30th anniversary. Incredibly sad that there are only 5 of them left. This is very likely the last of any sort of reunion we’ll ever get.
Wish they’d add Jeff Maxwell or Kellye Nakahara to these reunions, the whole cast is great, but they always seem left out. I think it would be nice to hear more from the supporting characters, they must have a different perspective.
Heck, they were in more episodes than some of the main cast!
