The first thing that comes to my mind if B.J. saying something about Penobscott to the effect of, “He’s conserving every penny he’s got,” when Margaret insist he’s not cheap, just conservative.
I’m just drawing a blank as to which episode that was, but I’m sure this is from Season 5.
That was in “Ping Pong” And if that’s the answer, BDOR deserves the credit here as I had no idea really with the picture other than that it was definitely season 4 or 5, and based on the color, probably 5.
