Seriously though all I can think about is how insanely clear that image is. Maybe a later season as they got better cameras, or maybe just because it’s so close up.
Either way, no idea. It could literally be any random shot from any OR scene. Don’t recall ever seeing this in my many times watching every episode. I am curious to see the answer now though just to go check it out myself.
