Uhh… “The Party” (7×26)? It doesn’t look like it, but it’s the only time I can remember everybody packing everything up while wearing coats and such.
I’ll go out on a limb here and say it’s “Death Takes A Holiday” because I think they were packing things then when they received all their Christmas gifts, which of course they later donated. I could be totally wrong though. I was also basing this on Margaret’s hairstyle there in the foreground of this picture.
