According to Yahoo! News, Tony Packo’s, the restaurant Klinger talked about endlessly, is in trouble.
A family feud has erupted over control of Tony Packo’s Cafe and its other restaurants and retail sales.
Anthony Packo Jr., son of the late founder, filed a lawsuit Tuesday seeking to dissolve the business “because the owners are in a deadlock.”
The lawsuit came less than a week after his sister, Nancy Packo Horvath, filed a lawsuit accusing him of libel, breach of duty and trying to force her out of the business. Each family owns 50 percent of the company.
