I’m going to guess ‘The Long John Flap’
I think this is the one where radar comes into Margaret’s tent. And fixes the lamp and record player at Margaret’s request when asked to leave. But I can’t remember the name of this episode!
That’d be “The Gun” (4×14), but I don’t think so, that was in the middle of the night, and it looks daylight in this shot.
Also, in the gun, wasn’t there a clothesline strung in front of the door?
Or was that a different episode?

OK, I think it might be Morale Victory – maybe. LOL This is a good shot.
I can’t decide between “Yessir, That’s Our Baby” (8×15) and “Stars and Stripes” (8×14) (I am currently on vacation trip and I didn’t bring my M*A*S*H discs with me) so I’ll nominate both episodes.

I think there are a few more like this one yet to come. I always wondered if they would be too hard but feel they add a certain unexplainable excitement to the game.
