I think thats from “Hey, Look Me Over” when the nurses come back from the bug-out, and the doctors leave the hospital a mess.

OH, you are right, it is from Hey look me over – I knew the exact conversation, and I knew the nurses had been at bug out, but this is where Kellye fixes the sterilizer because the doctors can’t do a thing without the nurses.
