HELP WITH MASH CAMP BAR!!

In the on camp Bar, there was a piano, a juke box and a big board with MASH 4077th above it; and on either side had some army insignias.
One was 5th air force division, and one was Air ambulance, the other had a blue background with a gold arm holding a torch into the clouds with a lightning bolt through it. Can anyone tell me what that insignia is?
