Alan Alda Featured in a New Upcoming Movie

And a movie that we probably shouldn't even waste our time with, not even for Alan, who appears to play a key role in the movie.
Basically, it's from the same people who did movies like THE NOTEBOOK and DEAR JOHN, and it appears to be yet another rehash of the same concept: boy meets girl, girl loves boy, boy has some kind of a job that prevents him from being with girl he loves, boy also has aging father or patriarch who apparently has an illness that the girl bonds with, and Alan is saidpatriarch who apparently has an illness that the girl bonds with.
So, yeah.
