40th anniversary in the news

I haven't seen much of anything in the news about the 40th anniversary. Maybe 40 just isn't an impressive number. I bet 50 will get more attention. Here are some links:

I was extremely disappointed that M*A*S*H's 40th anniversary got so little fanfare, considering it's such a celebrated series for many, many reasons. I mean heck, back in 2009, just about the entire world was celebrating Sesame Street's 40th anniversary/season, and for like a week too; surely M*A*S*H deserved some kind of celebration as well.
