"Radar!" - "I'm right here"

Talk about all things M*A*S*H -- the novel, the film, the television series, even the play. Not to mention the spin-offs, merchandise, cast, crew and anything else you can think of to talk about.

"Radar!" - "I'm right here"

Post by chihuahua99 »

Hi, I'm trying to track down an episode where Henry Blake (or was it Potter?) yells out for Radar and then Radar is right there next to him. I believe it happened several times in the series. Thank you very much for your help with this question. Tom

That was something of a running gag, particularly throughout the first season:

HENRY: RADAR!
RADAR: (Overlapping) Yes, sir?
HENRY: Dammit, Radar! How many times have I told you not to do that?

There was even a couple of occasions where Henry questioned how Radar can know he wanted to see him before he says he wants to see him, one time Radar says, "I don't like to be late, sir." Another time was, "Ours is not to question why, sir."

So, yeah, there's a number of episodes where this happens.
